Job Description

Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 11 states. 

We are seeking a Claims Resolution Analyst at our National Headquarters in Princeton, NJ. This role is responsible for coordinating the resolution of claim issues by actively researching and analyzing claims submitted across multi state websites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with HCSIS and other state eligibility systems
  • Processing claims through Molina Medical, Therap and Promise
  • Familiarity with Managed Care Billing
  • At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid billing and a thorough understanding of the requirements of Medicaid billing.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and resolve pended and denied claims
  • Collect unpaid claims and post resolution electronically
  • Review and analysis of claims.
  • Initiating claims appeals when necessary
  • Corresponding with state agencies regarding claim issues
  • Prepare Aging Reports
  • Collections
  • Work closely with Billing Staff and Intake Coordinators to resolve billing issues
