Job Description

Community Options is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Director for the Panhandle, Texas area. The Regional Director will support the development, implementation, and oversight of community-based services.

  • Experience and knowledge managing all aspects of Medicaid Waiver Programs in the state of Texas.
  • Experience managing Home and Community-Based support services with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Willing and available to travel to various sites within the Panhandle, TX region is required.
  • Must have an in-depth understanding of Texas State Licensing and Reporting Standards.
  • Experience and ability to manage Supported Living Centers.
  • Extensive understanding of internal and external audit process and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures.
